Also known as citrus aurantium var. dulcis
Oil extracted by cold-pressing

Properties:
Viscosity is watery
Scent is sweet, fresh and tangy
Colour is yellow to orange

Uses:

Calming for nervous digestive problems
Eliminates toxins, stimulates the lymphatic system

Excellent diuretic, balances water retention and obesity

It acts as a general tonic, aiding dyspepsia and constipation

Other applications:
Supports collagen formation in the skin, therefore it is good for mature skin
In vapour therapy, it is good for helping children to sleep at night

Warnings:
It is non-toxic, non-irritant, non-sensitising, but can be phototoxic so should be kept out of sunlight.
